The very first fabric pattern that Tradescant and Son designed, Cymepaye Toile de Jouy was conceived of as an edgy interpretation of the French Toile de Jouy style, featuring original illustrations of monkeys from an antique encyclopedia worked into a new pattern with leaves and branches drawn around them.
