Superb Quality Howard and Son bridgwater style armchair by William Birch of High Wycombe. Circa 1910-1920.

Of excellent shape and good large size proportions. Horse hair filled sprung back and seat with feather cushions. Incredibly comfortable.

The oak frame is raised on tapered mahogany legs with brass castors. Makers stamp to back leg.

In excellent order.

Width 81cm, Depth 110cm, Height 86cm. Floor to seat 46cm. Depth of seat 69cm.
