Delightful pair of neoclassical large scale framed wall friezes on canvas. One with fruit filled urn flanked by winged griffins and scrolling acanthus leaves, the other centered by a carved stone tablet.

Each canvas has been newly re-mounted on a wooden stretcher, with gilt wood frames.

The friezes are a rare survival, in remarkably good condition.

Losses to ends, scattered areas of abrasions.
