Delivery

UK Mainland Deliveries.

All Orders over £300 Free of Charge Excluding Furniture.

All other orders £20.00 and are sent with either Royal Mail or by tracked parcel. You should receive your order in 2-5 days but please allow up to 10 working days. 
A signature is required at destination.

Please contact us if you need your parcel more urgently and we will do what we can to help.

Should you be unavailable to receive your order a card will be left. With regards to Royal Mail deliveries please make sure that you collect your parcel with 7 days otherwise it will be returned to Hunter And Rose and further postage charges may be incurred.
 

Furniture orders are delivered by courier .

Please contact us prior to ordering furniture for delivery quote.

Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm approximate delivery date. Furniture orders are usually delivered within two weeks.

International Deliveries.

For international deliveries and UK address other than mainland UK, please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

If goods are being ordered from outside Hunter & Rose country of residence, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination, Hunter & Rose is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Hunter & Rose cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.

Returns.

If in the unlikely event you find an item has been miss-described, e.g. period, attribution, maker we will happily refund you the full cost of the item minus the carriage price providing we are notified of the defect in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You can contact us by post , telephone or email with details of your original order number and receipt and then return your purchase. All goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were when purchased. The customer is responsible for organising and paying for return delivery. It is strongly recommended you take out adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting.

. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the goods back from you. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/special offer that offer/discount will no longer apply and be deducted from the original price.

 

Damages.

If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us immediately to arrange a return quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage. Faulty or damaged goods must be returned before a refund can  be sanctioned.
