Pair of double sided saddlebags or "Khorjin".  Hand woven in Afghanistan during the first quarter of the 20th century.

Multi coloured wools with various geometric patterns. The plaits braids and tassels are threaded with handmade ceramic beads and buttons.

 In good order, signs of wear consistent with age.
